Important points of store support - ReStudio

  • We prefer contract projects and fulfill their tasks in the first place.
  • Implementation of functionality without a clearly described management process and/or the appearance of the result is done solely at the discretion of the developer. If the final result does not suit the customer, edits are considered new tasks and are paid additionally.
  • Implementation and/or edits are considered accepted if the customer does not provide feedback within 5 business days.
  • Server support and store support are completely different types of services with different responsibilities.
  • If the site is not on our support and/or on our server, we have the right to refuse any task at our discretion.
