Take over the site from the previous contractors who stopped responding: understand the code, set up deployment and monitoring, fix bugs.
The "For partners" section: requests from suppliers of goods and services, landlords, advertisers and influencers.
Supplier questionnaires with company documents, price lists and an Excel template for product offers.
Request handling in the admin panel: filters, export to PDF and Excel, an API for the chain's internal systems.

A corporate website for the chain's entry into Romania, based on the Ukrainian one: Romanian language, PDF promo catalogs, vacancies and CVs, EU-compliant cookies.

Scale: 1,700+ stores in Ukraine and a growing chain in Romania
Support of the Ukrainian site since 2023, then ongoing development; we launched the Romanian site on top of it. For Avrora we also built the careers website and self-checkout kiosks

The previous developers disappeared, and the site had to keep working.

We studied the code and architecture and documented setup and deployment.
Moved the project to Docker and set up backups, health checks and error monitoring.

The "Details" button expands the direction in place: why Avrora, the chain's geography, its mission.

The chain was entering Romania and needed a corporate website fast.

We used the Ukrainian site as the base: a separate instance with its own database, the aurora-retail.com domain and admin panel.
Romanian as the main language plus English: translated content, interface, forms and PDFs.
Romanian phone and company detail formats, field validation without Cyrillic.
An EU-compliant cookie consent banner: the choice can be changed at any time, and consents are logged.

A catalog is uploaded as a single PDF, and the site does the rest.

A manager uploads a PDF catalog, and the site splits it into page images in the background.
A catalog list with covers and a separate URL for each.
A viewer with page flipping, navigation, zoom on phones and social sharing.
A pop-up hint linking to the latest catalog on every page of the site.

A "Carieră" page: who the chain is looking for, what it offers, vacancy categories.
