Avrora Careers Website Project Tasks- A careers website for the Avrora store chain: more than 500 open positions in stores, logistics and the support office across Ukraine.
- Job search by position, city and category, with filters that have their own SEO-friendly URLs.
- A job map with every store, warehouse and office of the chain that has open positions.
- Job applications and a "Refer a friend" referral program, with candidates passed on to recruiters.
- Publishing vacancies to robota.ua and an API for the chain's Telegram bot.
- Dedicated pages for veterans, students and people with disabilities, plus corporate culture, news and career stories, in Ukrainian and English.

Job search from the first screen
Candidates see right away what to search: position, city, category.
- Search by job title.
- City and category selection: stores, logistics, support office.
- Below the search — fresh vacancies with salary, city and recruiter phone.
Vacancy catalog and filters
- Tag filters: military deferment, jobs from age 16, for people with disabilities, for students, relocation, work schedule.
- Selected filters are shown above the list and can be removed in one click.
- Categories and filters have their own SEO URLs, titles and descriptions.
- Filter results are cached, so the list opens fast even with hundreds of vacancies.
Vacancy page
- Salary, city, address, conditions and duties, recruiter phone.
- "Apply" and "Share link" buttons.
- Schema.org JobPosting markup, so vacancies appear in Google job search.
- From the admin panel a vacancy can be published to robota.ua under the right recruiter's account.
Job map
Candidates look for work near home, not in a list.
- The chain's stores, warehouses and offices on OpenStreetMap with marker clustering.
- City or address search, full-screen mode.
- Separate markers for locations with and without vacancies.
- The store directory is imported from the chain's own system.
Job application
- A step-by-step form with field validation in the browser and on the server.
- Safe CV upload: file type and size checks.
- Applications go to the admin panel and to recruiters, and can be exported to Excel.
- Vacancies and applications are available to the chain's Telegram bot and HR systems via a secured API.
Referral program
Employees refer people they know and get a reward.
- A dedicated page with the terms, reward amounts and a referral form.
- The form takes the candidate's details, suggested positions and CV.
- Every referral lands automatically in the HR team's Google Sheet.

- Employment of veterans: founders' address, support programs, veterans' stories.
- Avrora for students and young people, jobs from age 16.
- Accessibility: vacancies and conditions for people with disabilities.

- Pages are built from blocks in the admin panel: text, photos, video, sliders, PDF.
Two languages and SEO
- Ukrainian and English versions with hreflang and interface translations managed in the admin panel.
- Sitemap with last-modified dates, canonical URLs, Organization, BreadcrumbList and NewsArticle markup.
- Caching at the nginx level and protection from aggressive bots.
Mobile version and admin panel
Most candidates look for a job on their phone.
- Search, filters, map and forms work well on a small screen.
